1) Apply for modify company registration information sign by corporate legal representative(need company official seal);
2) Investment situation table of Corporate shareholder sign and stamp by company;
3) Certify of common entrusted agent or appoint representative sign and stamp by company(need clarify specific commitment, permission of mandatary, term of procuration)and copy of common entrusted agent or appoint representative’s ID(need sign by appoint representative or the entrusted agent himself);
4) Meeting decision record of limited liability company submit to shareholders meeting or company limited by shares submit to shareholders meeting(must clarify the modify item,and sign by two thirds of shareholders);
Decision in written form should submit to shareholder by one-member company(must clarify the modify item, and sign by himself);
Approval document by state-owned property supervisory agency submit by state-owned company(must clarify the modify item)
5) Bill of amendment of articles of association(need sign by corporate legal representative);
6) Certificate of capital verification by capital inspection organ with qualification;
7) Approved document by CSRC if company limited by sharesneed to increase registered capital by raise mode;
8) For company which modify registered capital must submit to approved by law, regulation and state council decision, should submit related approve document or copy of permit license;
