Transformation records of copyright ,is the agreement between copyright owner and assignee about the proprietary right of whole works or part of woks transformation, and apply records to the copyright office.

I Necessary information

（1）ID of both copyright owner and assignee;

（2）sample of the transformation works;

（3）copy of copyright registration certificate

（4）Sign the power of attorney

II Service process

（1）Copyrights consult；（2）pay the order；（3）get the records；（4）schedule report；（5）service complete.

III、Copyright office process

（1）Apply；（2）Accept the apply；（3）Investigate the apply；（4）approve the record；（5）Issued the certificate.

IV、Requisition cycle

（1）Client submit the application document→write the record(in 5 working days);

（2）Client confirm the application document→submit to copyright office(in 5 working days);

（3）Accept the apply→approval the record→issued the certificate(in 30 working days);
