1.Send a correction notice:
The Trademark Office will send a correction notice to the opponent or the trademark agency if it finds that there is a problem in the objection application and needs to be corrected after receiving the application for trademark objection.If the application is made by the opponent, the Trademark Office will send a correction notice directly to the opponent. If the trademark agency is entrusted with the trademark opposition application, the Trademark Office will send the correction notice to the trademark agency.
2.Deadline correction:
The opponent or trademark agency after receipt of notice of objection to the Trademark Bureau issued a rectification, the need for compensation in accordance with the corrected content required in the notice, the supplementary notice issued within the prescribed time limit will have corrected materials and the Trademark Office shall submit to the trademark registration hall, or by registered mail to the Trademark Bureau.In addition to requiring a copy of the objection, other materials should be submitted in two copies.
3.Matters needing attention：
1)The revised books must be stamped with the same name as the dissent;
2)The contents of the correction must be filled in accordance with the requirements of fill clear and accurate;
3)The time limit for correction shall be within 30 days from the date on which the parties have received the notice of correction of the Trademark Office. The parties shall send the letter of the Trademark Office as the receipt of the certificate, with the Trademark Office of the correction notice sent to the Trademark Office;
4) Commissioned by the trademark agency for trademark opposition application, must stamp the official seal of the trademark agency.
