（1）ID of copyright owner(ID or business license)；

（2）Evidentiary document for copyright modify;

（3）Sample of work(paper or electronic)；

（4）Copy of copyright of works and contract certificate of registration;

（5）Sign the power of attorney.

IV Copyright office process

（1）Apply；（2）Accept the apply；（3）Investigate the apply；（4）Approve the record；（5）Issued the certificate.

V Requisition cycle

（1）Client submit the application document→write the document(in 5 working days);

（2）Client confirm the application document→submit to copyright office(in 5 working days);

（3）Accept the apply→approval the document→issued the certificate(in 30 working days);
