I Type of copyright registration
The following could do the copyright registration in China: writing works, oral works, music, drama, Chinese folk art forms, dance, acrobatics works, painting, architecture works, Photography, software works, movie and works similar, model and engineering design drawing, product design drawing, map, sketch map and so on.
II Function of copyright registration
（1）clear the attribution of right between copyright owner and common composer, reduce the duty of proof as evidence；
（2）As the certificate of right, help the copyright to permission, transfer, spread and realize the economic value；
（3）Reflect the life value or enterprise innovation ability;
（4）Could apply for tax exemptions and reductions according to the law;
（5）Could broadcast the works to the society through announcement by register office；
（6）Register announcement as the basis to query copyright information, help to strike pirate, expand the copyright.
III Service reminder
（1）Term of protection of works by natural person: lifelong and till the 50th year Dec.31 form his/her death；
（2）Term of protection to work form legal person or other organization:31 Dec.50th from the first time publish; but will not protect the works finished but didn’t publish within 50th years.
IV Necessary information
（1）ID of copyright owner(ID or business license)；
（2）Certify of attribution of right：
a) entrusting development, submit commissioned development contract;
b) cooperative development, submit cooperative development contract;
c) Assign a mission to development, submit assignment form superior.
（3）Sample of work(paper or electronic)；
（4）Work instruction(creation intention about work, process of creation, originality and signature);
（5）The source code(only for software)；
（6）Operating manual or design instruction(only for software);
（7）Declare of copyright of legal entity(only for legal person or unincorporated organization)；
（8）Sign the power of attorney.
V Service process
（1）Copyrights consult；（2）Pay the order；（3）Apply for registration；（4）Schedule report；（5）Service complete。
VI Copyright office process
（1）Apply；（2）Accept the apply；（3）Issue notice of acceptance；（4）Investigate the apply；（5）Approve the registration；（6）Issued the certificate.
VII Requisition cycle
（1）Client submit the application document→write the document(in 5 working days);
（2）Client confirm the application document→submit to copyright office(in 5 working days);
（3）Accept the apply→approval the document→issued the certificate(in 30 working days).
