Patent modify

Patent modify, means the change of applicant, patent owner, address, agent, contact person and other information, and apply to the patent office.

I Service reminder

During the patent apply process, transferee is change form person to organization and apply to reduce fee, the client should pay the extra fee.

II Necessary information

（1）Applicant or patent owner, inventor, agent who change name, address and nationality, should supply the evidence document form government；

（2）Patent transfer, should supply the transfer contract；

（3）If there is any agent exist, please supply the relieve document of the agent；

（4）Change the inventor, please supply the agreement by all the inventor；

（5）Sign the power of attorney.

III Service process

（1）Pay the order；（2）Apply to modify；（3）Schedule report；（4）Service complete.

IV Patent office process

（1）Submit apply；（2）Accept apply；（3）Investigate apply；（4）Approve the modify；（5）Issue the certificate

V Requisition cycle

（1）Client submit the apply document→submit to the patent office(in 1-5 working days);

（2）Patent accept the apply→Investigate apply(in 1 month);

（3）Patent office approve modify→Issue the certificate(in 1 month).
