The transfer of registered trademarks is the act of transferring the right of exclusive use of the trademark to the other party within the validity period of the registered trademark according to the legal procedure. The transfer of registered trademarks has the following forms:
1.Contract transfer
The assignor transfers the rights of each other, the contents of the registered trademark, the obligations and the liability for breach of contract through the provisions of the contract. This form of transfer is generally paid, the transfer of the registered trademark by the exclusive right to charge a certain transfer fee.
2.Inheritance transfer
There are two cases in the transfer of registered trademarks:

3.Transfer due to administrative order
