     2.Company name should use Chinese characters that conform to national rules;

     3.In the name of corporate legal person shall not have the name of other corporate legal person,except the other provisions of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce;

    4.Company name can not contain another business name.he name of the affiliate should begin with the name of the enterprise to which it belongs;

    5.Only one enterprise name can be marked on the business license of an enterprise;

    6.Company name is the same as other company name not approved;

    7.If the name of an enterprise needs to be translated into a foreign language, it is necessary for the enterprise to translate it according to the text itself,do not need to report to the industrial and commercial administration registration.
